The Tutors Paul Hille (Guest Tutor) Paul studied music in Germany and later went to Geneva on a year's scholarship to obtain the Diplôme Supérieur de la Méthode Jaques-Dalcroze. Further studies included the Art of Hearing with François Louche in France. Paul is currently teaching piano, improvisation and eurhythmics at the University of Music, Vienna and he is a regular guest teacher and workshop leader throughout various countries throughout Europe. He works as a composer, arranger, and musical director for a Children's Theatre production and he is also the regular musical director and pianist for artists such as Murielle Stadelmann. Margareta Burrell Margareta works as a music therapist with children with emotional and behavioural needs. She is a Dalcroze music leader at Coram Family, London, and she co-leads the Stepping into Music project for the Dalcroze Society. Nicola Gaines Nicola, a performer and teacher, is a specialist in movement and Early Dance. Karin Greenhead Karin is Director of studies for the Dalcroze Society UK and principle lecturer in Dalcroze Eurhythmics at the Royal Northern College of Music. She has developed original applications of the Dalcroze work (Dynamic Rehearsal techiques), has presented papers at t anumber of convferences and teaches worldwide. Bethan James Bethan James is a Licentiate of the Institute Jaques_Dalcroze, Geneva. She teaches on the highly acclaimed Junior Strings Project at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester, works for Manchester Music Service, visits a school for children with special needs once a week and runs her own Rhythmics class for adults in Manchester. Bethan travels extensively giving education workshops and training as well as examining for the Dalcroze Society. Prior to teaching Dalcroze Eurhythmics Bethan worked as a freelance violinist. She now divides her time between teaching both subjects. Anita Strevens Anita, a proffesional cellist, teaches Dalcroze Eurhythmics and cello to children at the Trinity College of Music, Pro Corda and Sevenoaks School. She co-leads the stepping into Music project for the Dalcroze Society. Katie Wearing Katie teaches at the Royal Northen College of Music on the Junior String Project and at the Junior School. As a violinist, she is very interested in the application of the Dalcroze and Kodaly approaches to instrumental teaching. Cynthia Wilson Cynthia has directed the Summer School for many years. She teaches piano, gives Dalcroze workshops, is a music specialist in primary schools and runs music groups for mothers and pre-school children.
